House of Chadula 2016

Examples of music by the American branch of the Doc Chad contemprorary rock band are not so prevalent, for one thing we have basically no gigs so recording gigs has been more difficult. Hopefully we can get a studio project with some of the fine North Carolina players associated with this ensemble.

LOVE NEVER SAY UGLY
is a CD credited to Doc Chad Contemporary Rock Band that was sold during the 2016 tour and has gotten favorable reaction, it is a grab bag of tracks, some from area recordings, some from my recent trip to Manhattan and a live radio broadcast there, even some things from earlier European tours….

Combined personnel includes Lizzie Chadbourne, vocals and banjo/Molly Chadboure vocals/Dave Doye, mandolin, French horn, guitar/Aaron Bachelder, Ken Ray Willebrand, drums/Chis Eubanks, cello/Dan Ruccia, viola/Carrie Shull, oboe/Jeb Bishop, trombone/Sam Gingher, piano/Jimmy Gilmore, electric guitar/Dave Menestres, bass.
