Here is a drawing of Jimi Hendrix I found in a notebook from high school days. Thanks to Mr. Hendrix as well as other great inspirations all I ever wanted to do from that time on was play guitar and sing, create my own music and have fun playing other people’s music that I liked as well. I got nowhere learning banjo as a teenager but eventually got better on it when I was able to afford a halfway decent banjo in all places, East Germany. While reports that I am “always on the road” are great exaggerations, I am happy to still be able to do some touring, the next set of live shows in Europe and UK starts in April.
